Analytics starts only after you choose “Allow analytics”. You can decline and use the entire site.

We measure aggregate page visits, navigation, scroll depth, and reading time to understand which articles and benchmarks are useful.

A random ID connects pages within an anonymous visit in this browser tab. It is not linked to a GFT Studio account or used to identify you across devices. We do not collect form text, email addresses, IP addresses, or browser fingerprints. From the URL we keep only the page path and, when a link carries one, a known utm_source such as “devto” that tells us which site the visit came from.

Your preference is saved locally in this browser. We also respect Do Not Track (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals automatically.
