1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website (g-ftech.com), GFT Studio (studio.g-ftech.com), or associated software provided by g factor technologies inc. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Customer Ownership of Model Weights and Data

You retain 100% exclusive ownership of all model weights, LoRA adapters, training data, verifier code, and evaluation artifacts produced by your runs. g factor technologies inc. claims no intellectual property rights, licenses, or title to your customer data, model checkpoints, or proprietary simulator definitions.

3. License to Platform & Services

Subject to your agreement to these terms and applicable commercial subscription agreements, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access GFT Studio and deploy approved runtime components within your authorized cloud or on-premises environment.

4. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from proprietary compiler or engine components of the Company. You agree not to use the platform to train models intended for malicious cyber activities, unlawful surveillance, or in violation of applicable export control laws.

5. Service Availability & Disclaimers

The platform and hosted beta services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Production SLAs, dedicated GPU compute allocations, and enterprise support guarantees are governed by separate Master Services Agreements (MSA) executed with customers.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, g factor technologies inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
